30m+ from 75-82 mage? WTF?!?!

Okaaayyyy, so I don't know whether I have done my maths right, but basically:

75-82 mage = 18378 Humidify casts.

When doing these, I want to do the clay > soft clay method, thus:

At current prices, Soft Clay are 61 gp, and I would have 27 in my inventory. (Steam staff equipped and Astrals in invent)

So, 61x27 = 1647

1647 x 18378 = 30268566 gp... (Considering the spell will do an entire inventory at the cost of one Astral rune)

Someone please tell me I've done the correct maths, and I'm going to make myself a fortune? Hahaha. (Minus the cost of the Astrals etc)

I would first get the cost of runes. With the steam staff equipped it is basically 120gp per cast.
18,378 casts*120 per cast =2,205,360
That is how much you will lose on runes

Now you would find the prices of soft clay and dry clay; Dry Clay at 35gp and Soft Clay at 61 as you mentioned.

I am assuming you are buying the Dry Clay rather than mining it(that would be insane to mine) therefore there is a profit of 26gp per clay

You said that each inventory uses only 1 astral rune so:
18,378 casts * 27 clay per inventory= 496,206 total clay humidified
and
496,206 clay humidified * 26gp profit per clay = 12,901,356 profit(without the cost of astrals)

12,901,456 profit - 2,205,360 loss on runes = 10,695,996 profit(with the cost of astrals)

There you go. Of course this is based on prices not changing and you being able to cast the same spell 18k times.

I did take into account the cost of astrals etc etc, I was just thinking about the end sum.

Would the end sum still be 30m+? Or am I missing something here..
