just wanted to say hi, and big thank you to will for the advice on d claws rising as i am new to flipping. I bought 4 pairs for 17m each this moring and they have already risen like crazy.
just wondering whens the best time to sell them?

as for the claws how i normally find my sell price is to look where it has raisen before in a same market situation as at this period after bot nuke. as your lucky it did raise once after the update well actually directly after it as im not sure these prices will be right because the support line of a graph or the floor and roof as you also could call it can change at any time but i always used thise method and it worked for 90% of my investments i can give you more information if you add me on msn as [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

so if you like at the line is says it wil raise upto 23.5m so take it around 23.2-23.6M is possible to raise if you use this method.
also note that if i draw the line downwards it wil reach a price of around 20M wich looks more logical for me.
